Anika Vassell
Wellbeing, Culture
Anika supports organisations to improve absenteeism, productivity and retention rates by reducing the impact that 'stress-inducing' adolescent behaviour has on employees who parent children aged 9-19yrs. Influenced by her cutting-edge research within the School of Medicine at the University of Nottingham, Anika delivers CPD training for line management and HR personnel alongside a range of Working-Parent Wellbeing Workshops for employees.
Anika has delivered her training programmes over a number of years, for a diverse range of clients including Paul Smith, The University of Nottingham, Nottingham City & County Councils, UNISON and the Smallwood Trust.
