The AID Model

The AID model is a simple framework for preparing and delivering feedback. The simple acronym makes it easy to remember and apply to any piece of feedback. The AID model stands for Action - what took place? Impact - what was the results of that action? and Desired Behaviour - what needs to happen going forward?
