

Making Learning Visible
Learning is often seen as course, resources, accreditation, stuff that is 'brought into' the organisation - instead we should take an ethnographic approach and explore how, where, when, learning is taking place within the organisation - once we find it we should embrace them, make them explicit, value them and refine and improve over time.
