Mediator, Coach and Learning Designer Jack Pinter will take you on an engaging experiential journey through the forbidding and perilous jungle of Difficult Conversations. Jack will share practical tools and approaches to help you forge paths towards conversations that create and sustain mutually successful and satisfying interpersonal relationships. You’ll learn to unravel the tangle of everyday misunderstandings, cross the stream of delivering difficult messages and shine the light of feedback that helps people navigate their own ways forward.
