Mediator, Coach and Learning Designer Jack Pinter will take you on an engaging experiential journey through the forbidding and perilous jungle of Difficult Conversations. Jack will share practical tools and approaches to help you forge paths towards conversations that create and sustain mutually successful and satisfying interpersonal relationships. You’ll learn to unravel the tangle of everyday misunderstandings, cross the stream of delivering difficult messages and shine the light of feedback that helps people navigate their own ways forward.

Jack Pinter has been designing and delivering creative experiential learning initiatives for over 20 years for clients across different industries across the world. Jack enjoys a portfolio career in the arts, as a musician, composer, playwright and storyteller.
