Join Nick Bloy, Founder of Wellbeing Republic, and facilitator, coach and keynote speaker, for an experiential hour where we’ll explore the science of emotions and the importance of being emotionally aware. Emotions affect everything, from how and what we think, to the behaviours we engage in each day. The fallout from a lack of emotional awareness can impact our health, our wellbeing and our relationships in life and work, and ultimately our long-term success. Nick will talk us through the basis of emotions, as well as when they can be helpful as well as when they are not, together with practical strategies to navigate the intense push and pull of our emotions that will enable us to become more emotionally aware.
